Rachel Holtin is the founder of @AustinFoodsta, a food, style and travel blog based in Austin, TX. Holtin is 27 -years-old, and moved to Austin in 2010 to attend the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a degree in Communications. She has since run social media & influencer marketing programs for Favor Delivery as well as starting her own Influencer Marketplace for bloggers and brands to connect called Trend. In 2018, Holtin went full-time on her blog, and focuses her attention on creating content for brand partners and local restaurants.

She is made of local recycled wood much of which came from an old water tower on UT Austin’s J.J. Pickle Research Campus. She is holding a bowl which is meant to be filled with water for the area’s wildlife to enjoy. It’s Strawberry Season 🍓 in Texas 🤠 and @sweetberryfarm is the place to pick ‘em! Their 50 acre farm features 8 acres dedicated to strawberry fields where visitors can come from March-May to pick fresh strawberries by the pound. It’s $3.50/lb of strawberries and there is a $1 fee for the box which you can reuse of your next visit. Plan to spend a couple of hours there if you bring kids, because there are soo many activities. The Rodeo portion begins at 7pm with the concerts following.
